Does the tracker need a SIM card?
Yes for the GPS trackers (GF07, OBD): they communicate their position over the GSM/GPRS or 4G network, so a standard SIM card with an active data plan is required (not included). The Bluetooth tag and the SOS alarm work without any SIM card.
Is it compatible with all mobile carriers?
The GPS trackers run on 2G/GPRS or 4G networks depending on the model. Before buying your SIM card, check that your carrier still provides active coverage in your planned area of use.
What is the actual battery life?
It varies by product, generally between 12h and 24h for the GF07, up to 2h of continuous use for the SOS alarm and the OBD's backup battery. See each product's technical sheet for details.
How accurate is the positioning?
Outdoors with a good signal, GPS positioning is accurate to a few metres. Indoors or in dense urban areas, trackers fall back to AGPS/GSM/LBS, less precise but still useful to locate an area.
What are the shipping times?
Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours, with a tracking number sent by email as soon as it ships.
Can I return a product that doesn't suit me?
